It seems like an impossible job at first ...

Eric Blair sees himself as a storyteller, and the idea of sacrificing his precious time as a wage slave horrifies him.

The momentum of life pushes him away from his dreams into a harsh, inevitable reality. Soon he realizes there is a fine line between pushing buttons and orchestrating the events that make pushing them possible.

A satire on corporations and ideas, this is a topical tale of and for our times. This book says, above all, that there’s a grand farce unfurling before us - and the only way out just might be uncompromising hilarity.

I click again and get a nondescript photo of Sternislouse in a factory. He's almost in the background, near some heavy machinery, wearing sunglasses and is facing the camera, but has the rest of his body in profile. I'm reminded of the infamous Patterson footage, of Bigfoot emerging from the forest. Here he is, Sternislouse, all blurry in the background like the mythical man-beast of American pop culture.
